We are coming together as churches, in humility and in sorrow, to witness to the suffering but also in a spirit of hope, to pray that God will help all involved find a way to end the violence and bring about a lasting peace. The vigil service comes from a recognition of our common humanity and as an expression of solidarity with all who are suffering in the region. The vigil will include prayer, music and silent reflection. There will be no political speeches, no sermons.
The vigil will also be live-streamed at: www.youtube.com/@
