Sylvia Cummings, beloved wife of Mike Cummings, died on February 8, 2020. Before her death Sylvia was Saint John's longest participating parisihoner, having been a parishioner here all her life. Sylvia sang in the parish choir much of that time, and will be remembered as a cheerful, caring, and compassionate servant of Christ who truly loved her church. Sylia will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered.

A celebration of Sylvia's life will take place at the Church of Saint John the Evangelist on Friday, February 21, at 1PM.
