Successful Moving Day

Imagine a two-bedroom apartment completely furnished with donations. You may not have imagined it could look this good — and the kitchen, clothing, and many household goods are not even shown!

Thank you to the community of St John’s, and to our neighbours in Kirkendall and beyond, for helping a lovely family, who lost everything, to make a strong start in a new country. And thank you to everyone who helped make moving day run smoothly, especially to Susanne who coordinated all the furniture pick-ups and thought of every detail, and of course to Sarah and John for sharing their home, providing a very warm welcome to Canada for our new friends.
