Rest in Peace: Ross Moncrieff

We are sad to share the news that our friend and faithful parishioner Ross Moncrief has died. Ross passed away peacefully in his sleep early on Tuesday morning. Ross was a faithful member of our server's guild and loved the Saint John's community. He especially loved serving at the altar, assisting the priest, and working with the other servers. Ross also thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship following our Sunday services, and especially any cookies or cake. We will miss Ross' tender heart and love. 

Ross' sister, Karen, recently expressed her deep gratitude to the people of Saint John's for welcoming Ross and giving him a place to serve. She commented how participating at Saint John's made her brother very happy and provided him with an important spiritual connection.

We remember all the members of the Hamilton L'Arche community as well as Ross' family at this time of loss.

Rest eternal grant to him, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercies of God, rest in peace.
