Prayer Workshop Report

The PRAYER WORKSHOP held on Saturday, March 2 attracted a good number of people wanting to learn more about how to set up a good prayer life and how to improve their actual skills in praying. Dr. John Stephenson, our interim Priest-in-Charge in December, left us with many gems of understanding.

One gem, from Romans 8:11,15, reminds us that we are God’s children by adoption and grace; therefore, our relationship with God encourages us to call God “Abba” (daddy), an endearing term emphasizing how precious we are to God. It reminds us that God will listen to the call of his own children.
