I am very pleased to be leading a time of prayer with our neighbours at Central Presbyterian Church, Hamilton, for our friends, Vivian and Kelvin, who are in danger of being deported from Canada.

I am disappointed and dismayed that this is already the third case that I have been involved with where a woman's claim on asylum has been disbelieved without any evidence and for no other reason than her race and ethnicity. I had always hoped that Canada was better than this.
