Parish Treasurer Appointed

The rector and churchwardens are very pleased to announce the appointment of John Loukidelis as our parish treasurer. John is well known to us at St John's. He is married to Sarah Wayland and is the father of Miriam and David Loukidelis. John is a practicing lawyer in Hamilton. 

The rector and churchwardens ("The Corporation") are responsible for the management of parish finances and may appoint a treasurer to assist them in this work. Routine bookkeeping will continue to be performed in the church office and parishioners seeking information, reimbursement for ministry expenses, etc., should continue to connect with the parish administrator at office@rockonlocke.ca. The parish treasurer oversees the bookeeping for accuracy and provides reports, analysis, and interpretation for the Corporation, Parish Council, and Vestry. The treasurer will also complete the annual financial returns for the Diocese of Niagara and the Canada Revenue Agency.

We are very grateful that John has agreed to take on this role.
