Luke and Priscilla Lima

Luke and Priscilla Lima are a young Brazilian couple who worshipped with us while Luke was studying at Redeemer, before moving to Toronto, where he recently finished his studies at Wycliffe College with flying colours!

In a year they will go back to Brazil to help with pioneering ministry in the Amazon, at the invitation of the Archbishop Marinez, Primate of the Anglican Church of Brazil. In January, Luke will be working as a Lay Associate at the Grace Anglican United Church (St. Luke’s) in Blairmore, Alberta, Diocese of Calgary while they try to raise the funds for the project. A provisional plan is for him to be ordained next summer.

Luke and Priscilla will be at both services on Sunday morning for us to greet them and bless them on their way.
