Church database and ministry volunteer scheduling

Many of you who volunteer in various capacities at the Church of Saint John the Evangelist will have received an automatic email from our parish system on Elvanto. Elvanto is the new platform we are using for our parish database in ministry scheduling. 

If you haven't logged into Elvanto yet we invite you to do so. In Elvanto you can update your own information on the church database, review your giving records, view a church membership directory, and enter your ministry unavailabilities so that we won't schedule you for ministry when you are away or otherwise unavailable.
