Annual Vestry Meeting

The Annual Vestry Meeting of the parish will take place ONLINE on Sunday, March 26, 2020, 2PM. 

The Annual Vestry Meeting is the annual meeting of the parish. All persons over the age of sixteen, who attend worship at Saint John's, and support the parish ministry financially, are eligable to vote and are considered members of the Vestry. This year's Annual Meeting will again be held over Zoom, to encourage participation by as many parishioners as possible. (If online attendance is difficult for you, please speak to one of the wardens.) 

At the annual meeting ministry and financial reports are received and approved, and officers of the parish are elected. This meeting will also consider the Ministry Budget for 2023.

The full agenda and supporting documents, including the proposed budget, motions, financial statements, and an prelminary report of the nominations committee, will be available soon. Parishioners who require a printed copy of the Annual Report may contact the parish office and one will be prepared and sent.
